Making a Cash Donation

Why donate? Hearts&Minds' Clowndoctors and Elderflowers programmes are unique in Scotland and help to promote the quality of life for children and the elderly in hospital and hospice care. There are three ways to help us:

1. Make an online donation

Workwithus.org (supported by the Scottish Executive) provides Hearts&Minds with the facility to accept donations online. Donations are made via a Credit or Debit Card and the transaction is handled by a secure server so your details will always be safe. The minimum donation is £5. To complete this process, you will leave the Hearts&Minds website and enter the Workwithus.org website.

2. Make a single donation

If you would like to make a donation and prefer to send a cheque, here is the information you need:
Cheques payable to: Hearts&Minds

It is very helpful if you print out and complete our Single Donation form, and send this to us with your cheque. The form includes details of how we can increase the value of your donation, through the Gift Aid scheme.

3. Set up a regular donation

A regular donation involves the individual entering into an agreement with his or her bank to pay an agreed sum of money towards the charity on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. The agreement between the two parties will continue until the individual wishes it to stop. To set up such an agreement, print out and complete our Regular Donation form, and send this to us. The form includes details of how we can increase the value of your donation, through the Gift Aid scheme.
