You can fundraise for us as an individual, a family, at work, at school or as a group. You can set yourself a sporting challenge or hold a coffee morning and cake sale. What about a sponsored silence or a dress-down day or even a joke-a-thon - the Clowndoctors love a good joke!

Recently a group of runners took part in a Women's 10K and raised £1,500 for Hearts & Minds. Could you do something similar? There are plenty of races and challenges across the country to inspire you – but if you need some ideas, get in touch.
Visit www.justgiving.com for an easy way to set up your very own sponsorship page. It’s easy to nominate Hearts & Minds as your chosen charity, put up the details of your event and add your own pictures and personal message.
Your employer may be able to help make your fundraising go further
Some organisations and companies will match the sponsorship you raise with a donation of equal value. If you are an organisation that fundraises regularly for various charities, please consider nominating Hearts & Minds for support just like the Erskine Stewart Melville Junior School pupils who raised £2,000 for the Clowndoctors did.
