£28,500 pro rata, 28 hours per week (open to discussion for full time post of 35 hours)
The Artistic Director’s role is to ensure that the mission of Hearts & Minds is accomplished artistically by overseeing the artistic development of the programmes as well as the workshops programmes linked to these. The Artistic Director is a senior member of the management team.
We are looking for an experienced, creative and confident team leader with extensive experience in theatre or other relevant media management.
The Artistic Director will also have a working knowledge within clowning or physical theatre, excellent written and verbal communication skills and enough flair and embraces and supports an ethos of teamwork to deliver the goals of Hearts & Minds.
Hearts & Minds is a small organisation that makes large demands on itself to achieve the highest standards in in delivering the work.
