Huge thanks to ITM for choosing to support Hearts & Minds & raise money to deliver smiles

We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who attended the Institute of Travel Management (ITM) Conference and Ball at The Principal Charlotte Square, Edinburgh last month, and for choosing Hearts & Minds as their charity for the event.

It was a fantastic evening full of fun, glitz and glamour as delegates wore red noses for big prizes and donated generously in the raffles.

Michelle Armstrong, CEO of Hearts & Minds, introduced a short film about the work of the Clowndoctors and Elderflowers and thanked the everyone for their support.

An amazing £2,292 was raised on the night and this will go directly into delivering visits by the Clowndoctor & Elderflowers to vulnerable people in hospital, respite care and schools for learners with additional support needs.

Audrey Muir, from ITM said:“it was wonderful to be able to support Hearts & Minds with it’s visits to both Clowndoctor and Elderflower units throughout Scotland. ITM chooses smaller charities to support and we were keen to be involved with Hearts & Minds from the outset”.

Pip Quinn, Fundraising Manager for Hearts & Minds said:“It’s been lovely to work with ITM; their kindness, support and hard work have not only raised funds for our much needed programmes but they have also increased awareness of Hearts & Minds in a corporate setting. I’d just like to thank everyone that contributed to the ITM Ball which was a beautifully organised evening.”
